FEMA and the FCC will conduct a test of the NAtional PEP (Primary Entry Point) statoins on November 9 at noon MST. All stations should be prepared to participate and report data to the FCC both before and after the test. Be sure to review the FCC Handbook for this test well in advance of November 9.
