Quarterly Issues Progams Lists

All radio and television stations, both commercial and non-commercial, must place in their public inspection file a list of important issues facing their communities and programs aired during the preceding quarter to address those issues. Class A LPTV stations are encouraged to also place in the file at this time documentation certifying continued eligibility for Class A status (e.g. broadcast at least three hours of local programming per week and broadcast at least 18 hours per day.)
